This policy explains when refunds are available for purchases from Eventstronics. It covers our digital store products and our event technology services. If you have any problem with a purchase, please contact us first — we want to make it right.
Our store products are delivered electronically and are available to download immediately after payment. Because of this, purchases are generally final. However, we will gladly provide a refund or replacement in any of the following cases:
To request a refund, email contact@eventstronics.com within 7 days of your purchase, quoting your order reference (sent in your confirmation email). Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Paystack, normally within 5–10 business days.
Service bookings are bespoke and reserve our team and equipment for your date, so refund terms are set out in the written agreement for your project. In general:

If something has gone wrong, please contact us first at contact@eventstronics.com. We can almost always resolve issues quickly — usually faster than a bank dispute.
